Runner
Food Runner provides support to the cashier in all aspects of service by; stocking all service areas and maintaining adequate supplies during meal period, cleaning and presetting all tables; assisting with service of beverages, transportation of food trays to the dining room; cleaning of all public areas.
Cashier
The cashier's position is to guarantee that every customer is served in a kindly, professional, and timely manner according to Netillo’s Takos basic standards. This includes greeting clients as they arrive at the restaurant, processing customer orders through the point of sale system, and informing the kitchen staff of any special requests. This person will process customer transactions, resolve customer concerns, and maintain their assigned areas of the restaurant. The cashier is also responsible to oversee and perform front house positions as needed.
Line cook
The line should perform routine kitchen duties such as setting up stations and ingredients, so that food can be made according to recipes. This position requires to be be quick, diligent and willing to improve on the job. In addition, the cook should also be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.The job requires physical endurance as well as mental determination and involves working in stress conditions for most of the time.
Prep Cook
The prep cook supports the cook in cooking the food, preserves the cooking area clean and safe for all staff members and perform cook duties as needed. In addition, prep cook prepares food to insurance the food availability for the next shift/day. The job requires physical endurance as well as mental determination and involves working in stress conditions for most of the time.
